Cancellation

Maintenance plans are billed at the beginning of each month, in advance, ensuring transparency with no hidden fees. Our flexible month-to-month plans require only a 30-day cancellation notice. Upon cancellation, we provide you with a comprehensive document containing all management credentials, affirming your ownership. Everything we create is owned by you, underscoring our commitment to transparency and collaboration. We are here as an extension of your team, dedicated to supporting your business seamlessly.

What if I don’t want a maintenance plan?

If you don’t want a maintenance plan, we will provide you with a quote to complete your project. If any changes or assistance are needed after the project is completed, services will be billed at our rate of $150 per hour, in 30-minute intervals
